"In my opinion, it’s a good conditioner, but it’s a little bit heavy. This is described as a volume shampoo. It really didn’t give me much volume. My thickening shampoo from a different company is less heavy and significantly adds volume and thickness. You can see this when you put the intelligence shampoo in your hand that it’s much denser which would make my hair a bit heavier rather than thickening and expanding."
