Do Not Call Policy

Intelligent Elephant, LLC (“INTELLIGENT”) respects the wishes of those customers and prospective customers who do not want to receive marketing calls or text messages from INTELLIGENT on their residential phone numbers. It is the policy of the INTELLIGENT not to make marketing calls and messages to: 

  • any person who has not to receive marketing calls or messages from INTELLIGENT or

  • any person who has put his or her telephone number on a national or state Do Not Call registry, unless that person has provided consent to receive such calls or messages or is a person with whom INTELLIGENT has an established business relationship. 

If you don't want to receive marketing calls and text messages from INTELLIGENT, you can request to place your telephone number on INTELLIGENT’s internal "Do Not Call" list (“INTELLIGENT’s DNC List”). In compliance with federal and state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), INTELLIGENT will document your request immediately. INTELLIGENT will honor your request to be placed on INTELLIGENT’s DNC List as soon as reasonably practicable, but please allow up to 10 business days for INTELLIGENT to process your request. 

  • Your request can be in writing via text message to (877) 447-7688 or email to [email protected], or by phone at (877) 447-7688. Your request must include information that is sufficient to identify you, including, at a minimum, your telephone number. 

  • If you have multiple telephone numbers, please include all numbers that you want to be included on INTELLIGENT’s DNC List. 

  • Your telephone number(s) will remain on our "Do Not Call" list for five years, unless you ask to be removed or opt back into receiving marketing calls and messages from INTELLIGENT.

  • If your telephone number ever changes, you must provide INTELLIGENT with your new number for the number to be included on INTELLIGENT’s DNC List.

When we solicit current and prospective customers, we also honor "do not call" requests on behalf of consumers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission and various state-agency registries. Both the TCPA and many state "Do Not Call" regulations permit companies to contact their own customers even though they are on these "Do Not Call" registries. Therefore, if you are a current customer, have made an inquiry regarding INTELLIGENT’s products within the last 3 months, or have made a purchase from INTELLIGENT in the last 18 months, you may be contacted by us even though you are on a state or the national "do not call" list. If you do not want to be contacted by INTELLIGENT even though you are an INTELLIGENT customer, you can follow the steps above to be placed on INTELLIGENT’s DNC List and your request will be honored.

Being on INTELLIGENT’s DNC List means that you won't receive marketing calls  or text messages by anybody representing INTELLIGENT. We may still contact you, however, for non-solicitation purposes. This would include things like order confirmations, order updates, receipts, and shipping notifications.  

All INTELLIGENT employees and/or vendors that engage in outbound telephone solicitations on behalf of INTELLIGENT are trained on this policy and are made aware of these procedures before they are allowed to place calls or send text messages to consumers on behalf of INTELLIGENT. INTELLIGENT’s management and legal department review the policy with these employees and vendors on a regular basis. The methods and procedures in this “Do Not Call” policy are reviewed by INTELLIGENT regularly. If a consumer requests a copy of INTELLIGENT’s “Do Not Call” policy, INTELLIGENT will send a copy via U.S. mail or electronic mail. The “Do Not Call” policy is also posted on INTELLIGENT’s Website.
